4. Shipping, Delivery, and Installation
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Due to the heavy and industrial nature of our machinery, shipping logistics may vary based on your location. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for large freight and that appropriate personnel or equipment (e.g., forklifts) are available for unloading.
Installation and plumbing/electrical connections are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless an installation package is explicitly purchased and agreed upon in writing.
5. Warranty and Returns
- Warranty: KMS Industrial Kitchen Machinery products sold through our website come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Consumable items (such as microfiber brushes and polishing granules) are generally not covered under hardware warranty once used.
- Returns: Due to the industrial nature of these machines, returns are strictly evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a machine arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Standard returns for non-defective items may be subject to a substantial restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for return freight costs.

Unless otherwise stated, YTK YT Kitchenary and/or its licensors (including KMS Industrial Kitchen Machinery) own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website.
